Mass Tech Swole Supplement prt1










So you’ve read the intro post and decided you want to get down with the team here at NLU and bulk up for winter. Congratulations on your decision to transform yourself into a walking gorilla, trust me gorillas have more fun. We all know that to put on that big boy weight you’ll need to eat and I mean EAT! Extra calories, more protein more everything, to build a beast you must first feed it. If you’re like me though getting the extra calories and protein needed is one of the toughest parts. Enter the one supplement that is a must have for gym rats trying to put on Mass, Mass Tech.








Mass Tech is basically the best weight gainer I’ve ever used. I’m talking 10 to 15 lbs of solid gains when taken correctly. I’ve used it as part of my mass building program going on three years.  Served with skim milk it contains 1170 calories and close to 80g of complex protein. This is the supplement for guys who aren’t fucking around. Before I get to “how” you should take Mass Tech let me state the obvious, this shit is pricey. Muscle Tech is a company that receives a lot of hate from the lifting community because of the price of their products compared to the results that don’t work for everyone. There are other cheaper weight gaining supplements but I’d be surprised if they matched the bang you get with Mass Tech. Besides the mind blowing calories and protein 320 mg calcium you get  10g of Creatine monohydrate, L-Leucine 5g, L-Alanine 3g, L-Glycine 3g, Taurine 2g and enzyme digestion complex (Remember what Nate Said about BCAA’s). Also included are “other ingredients”.   I truly believe that all these little extras are what gives you what I can only describe as the extra hunger.

After a few weeks of taking this supplement correctly you will notice your ability to consume greater portions of food increase drastically. For instance before at  chipotle I’d get a steak burrito bowl and eat half for lunch and the rest for dinner. On Mass Tech I go in order steak and extra chicken and I can finish the whole thing in one sitting no problem. Before I’d be able to put down 3 chicken drumsticks and a half a potato for a meal now its 5 pieces , two potatoes and I’m still hungry a few hours later. I’m telling you this product makes you fucking hungry and want to eat more. That’s where the real secret is.

Now you’ve decided you want to take it, slow down Kimosabe don’t run off taking the full dosage right of the back.  If you’ve never taken a weight gainer before there is right way and a wrong way. When I was younger and tried other kinds I ended up spending more time on the toilet than in the weight room.  Trying to introduce your body to consuming 1000+ calories into your system at one time maybe a  shock to your system. So you have to build up to consuming that amount. One serving of this stuff is five scoops!  So what you want to do is work up to taking the five scoops with skim milk.

Week 1, Take 3 scoops in water before your workout

Week 2, five scoops in water drink half an hour and a half before you eat lunch, drink second half before the gym

Week 3, 3 scoops in skim milk before your workout

Week 4, five scoops in skim milk, drink half an hour and a half before you eat lunch, the rest before the gym.


Slowly work up to the five scoops in skim milk. At any of the stages if you experience stomach problems go back to the phase before and work in half scoops or whatever to get to back up to the next phase.  I honestly would not recommend staying on this stuff for more than four months. It will be tempting once you notice the results and improvements in your workouts. At best take for three months on and take a month off before getting back on.  I really don’t take the full five scoops on the weekends or none workout days; instead I’ll take 2 or 3 scoops in water. Again this stuff is pricy so budget accordingly to be able to be on this for at least three months.  If you have a better mass building supplement please include in the comment section.

    Hugh Jackman is a notorious user of trenbolone. There are VERY few men who can look like that at 40 without using tren.

    Mass builders such as this are mostly useless unless you really want to get huge. If you want muscle definition, you will not get it consuming 10 scoops of some protein supplement.

    There is no alternative to steroids if you don’t have the right genetics.

      That wouldn’t surprise me about Hugh Jackman, but proof to back up that claim would be nice.

      Well the point is to get “huge” therefore Mass Builders aren’t useless. The muscle definition will come later but at the same time depending on your physiology it is possible to get huge and lean at the same time.

      I highly disagree with your steroid comment. I don’t even know where to begin on that.

    VK … great articles by you and Nate. I just finished up a few months of P90X (don’t laugh, it got me pretty cut, especially on a 95% travel lifestyle). I’m now following your M-F workout plan from the last article. Two questions for you:
    1. When do you do your ab work? Didn’t see that on there.
    2. Does this mass gainer replace protein? Or is it in addition to protein?

      I hit my abs usually four times a week between my work out for instance on Chest day I’ll do incline and Flat bench then do 10 minutes of abs before finishing the day giving my chest and triceps some rest time. On Back day I’ll do bent over barbell rows, dumbbell rows and pull ups then do 10 minutes of abs before finishing the rest. I’d say do it in the middle of your workout.

      2. FUCK YEAH THE MASS GAINER REPLACES PROTEIN. It has 80 grams of protein in it already, there’s only so much your body can consume at a time before it becomes just waste.

    I’ve always been under the impression you need to consume protein after your workout. However, you’re advocating before, any reason in particular?

    soy lecithin,
    is an ingredent found in muscle tech. You shouldnt take it since it lowers testosterone
    i just googled it
